The Chu’unthor Incident – Part 2

The Chu’unthor Incident

Part 2

“This is just a precaution ma’am.” One of the guards said as he approached her. Xara nodded her head and allowed the man to cuff her, nothing she could not get out of is she did not want to.

Xara began walking with the guards when she saw a familiar form on a stretcher coming down the hallway. The strawberry blonde hair could only mean one thing; Bri had been close by when the explosion had occurred.

“Wait!” Xara said to the guards as she tried to get to Bri to check out her injuries. The guards tried to refrain her but she was stronger than they had expected her to be. She could have easily overpowered one of them, but two of them were a bit more difficult to do. They managed to wrestle her to the ground. She shrugged them off of her to try and get to Bri.

Everyone was standing there watching the scene unfolding in front of them. Most of them were in shock, except Cal who had a bit of a smile on his face as she continued to struggle. Continue reading…

The Chu’unthor Incident – Part 1

The Chu’unthor Incident

by AJ Marks

Disclaimers: This story involves two women who look like Xena and Gabrielle who I don’t own. This story takes place in the Star Wars universe and I have borrowed Yoda from George Lucas.

Subtext: Yes these two women love each other and are soul mates, no graphic sex scenes.

The Chu’unthor: It is a Jedi training ship for those who are not familiar with the Star Wars universe. I was not able to find a date for when it was built as I found conflicting dates. So I’m using it anyway.

This takes place shortly after Jedi Bri Meets Sith Xara, and Master Lighter you might want to read that first.

Part 1

A mysterious figure made its way down to the communications room. It was quite as most of the Jedi were away or still sleeping. There were a few around, but they would not bother him. He opened the door to the room and slipped inside when he saw that no one was inside. He sat down at one of the consoles and typed several commands and waited.

“Report?” A cold voice said over the communications speaker and there was no holo to go with it.

“The senator from Sissis has requested that the Jedi become involved in his planet’s problems, they are close to civil war.” The man replied back. “What are my orders?”

“Sabotage the mission is you can, if you cannot do not worry about it. Above all do not reveal us, or you will die.” The man said signing off leaving the man to figure out how he could foil a mission that he was not a part of. Continue reading…

Welcome to AJ’s Sci Fi Stories

Welcome to my personal collection of stories.

I write both original stories, usually sci-fi but there are some fantasy stories coming, and fanfiction.  Fanfiction stories are a mix, but mostly Battlestar Galactica, the original one with the tin cans, and Xena which includes both Xena and what is consider uber-Xena.

I do write some crossovers as well, and some contain girl-girl romance, especially the Xena and Xena-uber stories.

Currently uploading for now is the new Buck Rogers story.

Coming up in the future:

The Ring of Salvation (BSG/Stargate SG-1 Crossover)

Return to Tython (Star Wars: The Old Republic)

All of these stories are complete and awaiting uploading.  Working on a Battlestar Galactica/Matrix crossover, an original fantasy world, another Star Wars: The Old Republic story which follows Zaxx in her quest to become a sith lord, separate from the Sith Warrior and Sith Inq. in the game, the last part of the Cimalian Princess and an original version of Battlestar Argo.

Take a look around, updates occur every Wednesday and Saturday. Also check out my cat site, www.kittylaughs.com for a chuckle, updated every day.

The Curse of Oscar

The Curse of Oscar

By AJ Marks

The captain walked into the admiral’s office, pausing to glance at the stacks of papers, maps and other knick-knacks on the desk. Lately the Nazis had been quiet but the captain knew that might change.

“Ah, captain, what can I do for you?” the admiral said, sitting behind the desk and had been looking over some reports or something.

“Sir, it’s about these transfer orders,” the captain replied placing a paper on the desk which the admiral looked over.

The admiral looked over the transfer paper then back up at the captain. “What’s the problem?”

“Sir, you want to transfer Oscar to our ship, we won’t take him,” the captain said. “He’s cursed, everyone knows it, the men, I know it, even you know it.” Continue reading…

Black Alpha One – Part 8

Black Alpha One

By AJ Marks

Part 8

Adama waited in silence as Gabrielle appeared a bit shocked at what he said. He looked over at the others, Uri seemed patient, and Apollo and Starbuck looked as confused as Gabrielle did.  He hoped, for a micron, that they had heard of the planet but he tried to temper his hope.

“Earth, you’re looking for Earth,” Gabrielle finally asked, her voice seemed strained.

“Yes, the thirteenth tribe and our lasts hope,” Adama replied back to her. He wondered if they would have to leave their help and keep going.

“You’re heard of Earth?” Uri asked speaking up.

“Um, yeah, its what I call my home planet,” Gabrielle finally replied.

Now Adama felt the shock. The situation had taken a very unusual turn of events.  The young woman in front of him not only said she had heard of Earth, but probably was from Earth.  He marveled at the mysterious ways the universe seemed to work.  Not only had he found Earth, but somehow, though a quirk no one would ever understand, Earth understood their fight. Part 7

Apollo landed on the flight deck of the Galactica glad the fighting had finally stopped. The arrival of reinforcements puzzled him and he hoped his father had more information about who they were, and what happened.  He noticed during the battle that the vipers looked slightly different, some had interesting painting schemes on the wings.  It was Colonial technology, but from where?

“Captain, the commander wants to see you right away,” one of the deck hands said as Apollo climbed out of his viper.

“All right,” Apollo replied with a nod of his head.

Handing off the helmet he headed towards the elevator and the bridge. A few seconds later he arrived and was surprised by the amount of activity going on.  He thought everything seemed in order, and made his way over to where his fathe rand Tigh were looking over several documents on the screen. Black Alpha One – Part 6

Part 6

Jack made his way through the hallways towards the Presidential office knowing they were not expecting him at this time of night. He also knew what he had to say would shock her.  Black Alpha One had only been initiated only thirty minutes ago and he wanted to give her enough time to prepare.

Walking up to the office he noticed the President’s aide look up at him, then down at his computer, frowning at what he didn’t see.

“Um, I don’t see you scheduled,” he said, confused.

“I know,” Jack replied walking right past the aide and barged into the room taking a second to see who the President was with. Senator Aymil was in the room, and normally Jack would have been a bit more tactful, but he knew the time for such pleasantries was over. Continue reading…

Black Alpha One – Part 5

Part 5

Jack made his way into the command room, summoned by the captain on duty which mentioned receiving the code Black Alpha Ten. His mind was already racing about what he would have to do next, including speak with the president over this, and with such contact he knew things would be different, as people would be informed of what really happened ten years ago.

He looked around seeing a lot of unexpected activity. People were racing around and he heard orders of ships being moved along with people talking that leaves were canceled and frowned.  He looked over finding the captain wondering what happened.

“Admiral, thank goodness you’re here,” the captain said. “We received the following from Admiral Anders and the Seydlitz, code Black Alpha One

Everything made sense now, the leaves, ship movement, and the activity. Code Black Alpha One meant they were under attack by the Cylons.  Protocols were automatically set up in case of such an emergency including an additional two battlegroups to head into the zone. Continue reading…

Part 4

Ryan was trying to figure out what to do next. Should he prepare for an attack, go on the offensive, both ideas seemed wrong for different reasons.  He really wanted to hear from HQ on more options and for right now decided to watch and wait.  Looking over at Otto he noticed the man seemed tense as well as they waited.

“Admiral, patrol five-one is making another report,” Sara said calling Ryan over as he waited. “They are saying they have discovered raiders and vipers on their scanners.  They sound very confused by what is going on.”

Jack heard the confused tone in Sara’s voice as well, but within seconds both he and Otto were standing next to her.

“Where?” Ryan asked, looking down at the scanners. Continue reading…

Black Alpha One – Part 3

Part 3

Starbuck glanced down hearing warning alert and froze hoping it would say anything but what it expected to see. Perhaps he had a malfunction of some sort, computers were prone to breakdowns.  He looked anyways and wished he hadn’t as he saw what was there on the screen.

“Starbuck, you see that?” Apollo said confirming Starrbuck’s fears.

“Yeah, wish I wasn’t seeing it though,” Starbuck replied back honestly. They both looked at their scanners seeing a large, growing, group of Cylon attack raiders heading towards them.  “It can stop growing any micron now.”

“Haven’t see that many since Gamoray,” Apollo replied, something Starbuck had to agree with. “Sending a message back to the Galactica now, along with their course.”

“They’re headed towards the fleet, they know where it is,” Starbuck said after doing some quick calculations in his head about the direction they were headed. He had no doubt the Cylons had found them. Continue reading…
